Description
This S38 (or M88, very similar) throttle body rebuild service fully restores your 6 cylinder E28 M5, E34 M5, M30 engine or even the coveted BMW M1 throttle body to factory standards, with a modern look to your requests if desired!! All parts are professionally cleaned by virtue of our vapor honing machine and zinc coated. All bearings replaced and greased before reassembly, and per customer request, the throttle bodies themselves may be base/clear painted or wirebrushed for that brushed aluminum look! We scrub, sandblast as appropriate, and scrub each piece before Zinc coating an ensure that reassembly will be a breeze. Each part that’s been found broken is replaced, all part of the service!
Zinc coating is done professionally through 3 colors: Black Chromate, Clear Chromate, or Traditional Zinc Yellow.
